"I've been buying and selling real estate for over 50 years and have completed many transactions. Sharon is, by far, the best Realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She actually seems to work miracles to get things done for a transaction. She is very good at negotiating deal terms that leave both the buyer and seller feeling happy with the deal. She has no problem going out of her way to do the things necessary to allow transactions to proceed and to close in a timely and orderly manner. For example, when documents needed to be resigned on the day of closing Sharon drove to Maricopa to pick uup my wife and bring her 40 miles to Gilbert to join me in resigning the closing docs. She will do what ever is necessary to help close a deal, After working with her first as a seller and then as a buyer I would not consider working with another agent,"

"Sharon was fantastic! She was on top of everything that happened during the sale. We worked with Sharon on the sale of another property a couple years prior and were very impressed, so we hired her again and we were extremely happy we did. She not only got our house sold in record time, she found our renters a house that they could buy. Whenever I called her with a question, etc., she would have the answer immediately. I am super satisfied and would recommend her to anyone that is selling or buying properties."

"Sharon is and will always be awesome at what she does. Beside going above and beyond for us she is patient, kind and so much fun to work with. She really knows her craft and if she doesn't, she will research and get the information needed for us to feel comfortable in our decisions. If you want someone that listen and care about your wants and needs, she is the person to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is in the market of selling or buying real-estate. She also has an awesome team behind her who does pretty much the same. Their knowledge and professional training were proof, when she had an emergency and could not come to an appointment. One of her team was able to meet us so that we wouldn't have to cancel our appointments. She too went beyond our expectations. Overall, it was a positive buying experience."

"Absolutely Incredible Realtor Went WAY Above and Beyond!I cannot say enough amazing things about Sharon, From the very first conversation to closing day (and even way after), she went way above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing short of perfect. She is an absolute viper when it comes to negotiating if you are buying or selling a house and she’s on the other side I feel bad for you! She’s definitely the absolute best Realtor I have ever heard of. She’s basically the Harvey Spector / Tom Brady of realtors. Not only did Sharon find the perfect home that checked every box on my wish list extremely fast, but also navigated every challenge with professionalism, patience, and expertise even when the sellers agent was very below par she still ensured I as the buyer was protected and understood absolutely everything. Her deep knowledge of the market, sharp negotiation skills, and insane amount of dedication to me her client made all the difference here. She also has a never ending list of very very talented contractors. She fought to get me the best deal possible and ensured the entire process was seamless and as stress-free as possible. Like I said before I feel bad for anyone who chooses to go with someone that’s not her.What truly set her apart besides what I have already mentioned is her personal touch. "Sharon is a professional realtor, and it was so easy to work with her. We were out of state and needed her to handle everything. She made herself available at a moments notice during business hours, as well as on the weekends. She answered all of our questions and collaborated with us on different strategies in order to sell our home. Sharon was very confident the whole way through the process, and kept our bottom line as her top priority all the way to the close of escrow."
